Returns or Items Exchange

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return during deliver act or until 15 days, counting from reception day.

 

Return on deliver act

You must tell on Transportation's Letter which anomalies were detected (damaged box, item missing, item damaged, ...) and send an e-mail to info@beandcare.com informing if you want to change item(s) or reembolse.
If you are an international customer and don't accept the delivery of your order (no receivers on site in all attempts made, need to pay customs fees not accepted, etc.), in case of delivey made by Portuguese post offices, not exceeding 2kg , the order automatically returns without charging any additional cost. 
In case of delivey made by Portuguese post offices, and exceeds 2kg or made by express mail, return implies the charging of the value to the costumer (shipping + possible charges of import in Portugal).
If the value is accepted, it is deducted from the reimbursement value of the products of the order (through discount voucher). 
If the value is not accepted, Be and Care reserves the right of the non collection of the order, choose the abandonment of the order by the transporter (destruction of the order) and consequently does not refund any value to the costumer.
Until 15 days after deliver:
You must send a email for info@beandcare.com informing that you'll return an item, informing the order or invoice number, which are the produts that you will return and specify the reasons of returnment.Please specify if you want to substitute for a similar object or instead want to receive the item's price.
 
We'll contact you. Please do not return any object before that.
 
Please put the object in the original package without being used (in perfect conditions and with user's manual and guide, ...) and send to:

There will not be accepted orders delivered by charge.
 
We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective. 
In other circumstances, items will be charge.
 

Manufacturer Guarantee

Every items have the manufacturer guarantee that, without additional information, is for 2 years. If item is broken or similar it should be send to repair in assistance centers authorized by the brand, following procedures that appear in manual's original guarantee.
