Shake before use.

Apply generously to dry or wet skin half an hour before sun exposure, keeping a maximum distance of 5 cm from the skin. Spread the product evenly until completely absorbed.

Reapply every 2 hours to both wet and dry skin.

Repeat application after sweating, swimming, or towel drying.

Reducing the amount applied or not shaking the product sufficiently reduces the protection factor.
