If the order contains a product that we no longer have stock, we will take the liberty of contacting the customer and proposing a replacement for another product or withdrawing from the order and proceeding with the shipment of the remaining products so as not to delay the shipping process. Immediately a refund will be provided in the form of payment. The customer will be informed by the Customer Support team about the change in the order and the refund schedule.
