Be and Care is a Portuguese store that ships all over the world. When an item ships, we always provide tracking information.
Delivery time
The delivery time for the order to be delivered varies according to each region and chosen shipping method. You can confirm the information on the checkout page before finalizing your purchase.
Tracking code
Always send the tracking/tracking code to know where your order is located. To do this, just go to the posts on the page and enter the tracking number. You can always contact us for more information about your purchases. In such cases, you always have your order number.

Duties e Taxes
For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, territories with special tax regimes (such as the Canary Islands), or non-EU European countries, packages may be randomly selected by customs and/or health authorities for inspection.
Import taxes and fees are the customer's responsibility.
If applicable, these charges may be applied to the total value of the products plus shipping costs. In some specific destinations (such as Cyprus), additional fees may apply, varying depending on the type of product and declared value.
We recommend that customers check with local authorities in advance to learn about any additional costs before completing their purchase.
Customs
All products available on our website are authorized for sale and consumption in Portugal.
It is the customer's responsibility to check whether there are any laws in their country that restrict or prohibit the import, possession, or consumption of certain products or materials contained therein.
In cases where the destination country prohibits the entry of products, the following situations may occur:
- Automatic return at customs: If the order is automatically returned upon arrival at the destination country's customs, the customer will receive a refund for the purchase, less shipping costs, taxes, and any customs charges related to the return.
- Express mail shipments: When the order is shipped via express courier and the order is refused in the destination country, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to the sender, as well as any applicable import and customs clearance charges. In these cases, the customer will receive a refund, minus the full return costs.
Whenever possible, we will contact you so you can choose between returning the products or abandoning the merchandise (which will subsequently be destroyed). However, in some destinations, returns may occur automatically and immediately, without the option to choose. In these cases, the customer will be responsible for the full return costs.
Therefore, we ask that you monitor your order daily to prevent any return of the item.
