Menstrual cups come in different sizes to accommodate different flows and anatomies.
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before and after handling the cup.
There are several folding techniques, such as the "C" folding, the "7" folding, or the "punch-down" folding. Experiment with different ways to find the one that is most comfortable for you.

How to insert:
Find a quiet place and relax your vaginal muscles.
Sit on the toilet with your legs apart or squat down.
Insert the folded cup into your vagina, pointing it toward your lower back, as if you were inserting a tampon.
The cup should open inside your vagina, forming a seal. You may need to twist it a little or adjust it to make sure it is positioned correctly.
Run your clean finger around the base of the cup to make sure it is completely open and forming a seal.
Use time can vary from 6 to 12 hours, depending on your flow.
Wash your hands thoroughly and squat down or sit on the toilet. Gently pull on the stem of the cup to remove it.
Empty the cup into a toilet and flush it with cold or warm water.
