Starting from below the calf, wrap the soaked bandage in a spiral up to the waist, overlapping only 1-2 cm of fabric.
Make 1-2 turns around the buttocks and hips, reaching the waist.
Go back down the other leg.
Secure the end of the bandage securely to prevent it from coming loose.
Put on your cargo pants and tie 1-2 knots at the waist.
Leave on for 30 to 60 minutes.
Remove the bandages and massage in any residual serum with vigorous pinching from the ankles to the thighs.
If necessary, remove excess serum with dry or damp absorbent paper.
