Apply Retinal Intense to your nighttime routine. If this is the first time you are using a retinoid, we recommend an adaptation period: for the first week, apply three nights a week, leaving 2 nights between applications; in the second week, apply every other night; and from the third week onwards, if there is no irritation, you can increase the number of applications.
