Caudalie was born in 1993 when Mathilde and Bertrand Thomas had the opportunity to meet Prof.Vercauteren, from the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Bordeaux and the most recognized expert in the world on polyphenols.The philosophy remains today of associating the benefits of science and nature with respect for the skin and the environment. Today the path in favor of the environment goes further: 50% recycled and 100% recyclable packaging is used, all preservatives have Ecocert seals, 1% of global turnover is donated to associations in favor of the environment.
