Fill the measuring cup with Bexident Whitening Mouthwash up to the marked line (15ml). Rinse without diluting 2 or 3 times a day for 1 minute, after brushing. Try to get the product into contact with the entire oral cavity. Do not rinse or ingest drinks or food within 15 minutes of use.
