Fill the measuring cup of Bexident® Gums Daily Use Mouthwash to the marked line (15ml). Rinse your mouth without diluting it 2 or 3 times a day for 1 minute, after brushing. Try to get the mouthwash to come into contact with the entire mouth surface. Do not rinse with water or consume drinks or food within 15 minutes of use.
