What is CLA?
CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) is a poliisaturado acid that occurs naturally and that can be found in the meat of ruminants (cows, sheep, etc.), and these dairy animals. CLA is also a natural substance that is present in our diet and is formed in the digestive tract of ruminants in a process in which the obtained conjugated linoleic acid is converted into the grass CLA. One of the best sources of CLA is the steak and dairy products such as milk, cheese and yogurt. CLA is a supplement with GRAS certificate ( Generally Recognized as Safe em>).
Free fatty acids
In nature, fatty acids can be found in the form of triglycerides that need to be deployed in free fatty acids in the small intestine before being aborvidos the body.
This process is accomplished by the digestive enzyme lipase. CLA The CLA used in Bio-Safe is present as free fatty acid which is already deployed.
Thus, the body can quickly and easily absorb these free fatty acids, even those with disabilities in the absorption of fat.
